The construction has started this month, with scheduled expectations of finishing the project by the July of 2017.
Union Properties, a Dubai developer based in Dubai, has granted a construction contract valued at AED 460 million for an extension on Green Community Phase III. This will be in the Shapoorik Pallonji Mideast to Dubai Investments Park.
Off plan deals of the 227 units, which have a total of 16 duplex flats, rental space and 210 town houses, will start in September at Cityscape Global.
According to the Chairman of Union Properties, Khalid Bin Kalban, the proper execution of construction is in agreement with the plans to complete all of the phases before mounting projects in order to move on to building and construction before selling and marketing the projects.
At the moment, the Green Community includes 1,555 cabins or villas in the two stages. The new phase includes offers on both leisure and health facilities, such as outside swimming pools, tennis courts, Jacuzzis, squash courts, a gymnasium, and an event hall for social events and activities. There will be screened connectors for pedestrians in addition to paved walkways, to allow easy access for pedestrians throughout the neighborhood.
