The latest project under the luxury property developer, Damac Properties, in Dubai, is an 826-key lavish residences tower and a lavish hotel located on the Shaikh Zayed Road.
The project is estimated to be about 64-storeys in length. It will contain a sky lobby inclusive of views of Dubai downtown, a rooftop with a swimming pool and terrace, fitness center with a spa, and a Paramont Pictures Broadcast room.
Building work related to Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences has already started, with the completion booked for 2019’s third quarter.
The hotel residence prices will start from AED1,800 per sq. foot for rooms situated on the 36 to 64th floors.
The suits and hotel rooms in the project are planned with the Paramount Pictures’ brand in mind, with each entirely furnished unit comprising easy access to a library containing over 3,000 films.
In addition to this, the residences have distinct dining and living areas joined with Paramount Hotels & Resorts’ service and amenities. Units are obtainable in three options: one, two or three bedroom selections, along with a couple of penthouses.
The hotel will also incorporate dining and entertainment options on the platform levels, with luxury shops, two different restaurants, all-day children’s studio club, and art galleries.
According to the managing director of Damac Properties, Ziad El Chaar, due to the increasing number of tourists in Dubai, there is a growing demand for stylish, quality, and luxury hotels and residences within the city. Both high-end apartments and hotels are in high demand.
The development company hopes that Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences will aid in bringing forth Hollywood appeal and California’s down to earth lifestyle side by side with Paramount Pictures in an atmosphere both aspirational and stylish.
A whole array of projects is already under Damac Properties’ wings all across the Middle East. These projects include Damac Towers, which is a four-tower development in the Buri Area. This project is due to open in the city of Riyadh in 2016, in the final quarter. Villas will also be available, and these villas will be serviced. These will be available within one of the golf communities in Dubai.
After having been hit badly by the real estate crash of 2008, Damac seems to have rebounded strongly with numerous major projects underway. The company expanded its area of expertise and has recently included hospitality along with its other works.
