Accrued Rent

Accrued rent could be referred to as the rent which has been earned by the landlord by providing its asset or land to be used by the tenant against which the landlord is yet to receive any payment from the tenant.

It could also be referred to as the expense which has been incurred by the tenant for using a specific asset or land owned by someone else (Owner) against which the tenant is yet to make any payment to the owner.
